Let There Be LIGHT!!

The hallway light switch is set a little lower than the others in the house, and sure enough, Alex found it. He's also learned how to undo the safety latch on the oven and how to close the patio door. He does the latter several times a day, usually trapping the dog until someone notices plaintive little whimpers from outside.

Bye Bye

When he's ready for bed, he'll go to his door, turn to me, wave and say "bye bye". When I'm headed out the door for work in the morning, he'll wave at me from his high chair and say "bye bye". In the evening when I'm headed out the door and he thinks he's going with me, he runs over to me, grabs my leg with his left hand, turns to momma, waves and says "bye bye".

So that's all I have to write. Bye bye.

Double Dipper

So we went to Burger King for lunch, and got Alex chicken nuggets. He opened the box, picked out a nugget, bit one end off, reversed the nugget, bit the other end off, put the middle back in the box, then chewed up and swallowed the ends. He then pulled out nugget #2 and did the same thing. After biting the ends off all the nuggets, he closed the box and went after my fries.

I can't wait to see what he does with doughnuts.
